CONGRATULATIONS! You’ve made it to the last week of school! It has been a wonderful year with the Second Grade. Parents, thank you for all that you have done- it has been a blessing to be able to teach your children.
We will have a relatively light week this week. The last official day of class is Wednesday, Thursday is Field Day, and Friday is Clean Up Day. Also, be sure to come to Awards Night on Friday at 7:00! What a wonderful way to end the year!
I will be sending home a small packet with your children of summer work in order to keep their skills sharp and prepare them for Third Grade. Please be looking for it toward the end of the week.

Math: Drill
History: Study for History Test
Spelling: Write incorrect words five times each.
Tuesday
Math: Drill
Spelling: Complete story if not completed in class. Get ready for test tomorrow!
Reading: Read at LEAST 15 minutes.
Wednesday
No homework! 
*Note- we will be having our Ice Cream Sundae party with First and Third Grade to celebrate our Multiplication Mastery today!
Thursday
FIELD DAY! Remember to bring and wear plenty of sunscreen. Your child will need to wear his or her blue Field Day t-shirt today. Also, please make sure that if your child is bringing water balloons to have them pre-filled.
Friday
Clean up day! This is a Free Dress Day.
7:00 P.M. Awards Night!
