The homework for this week is as follows:

  • Please make a note that if a subject is not listed, they do not have homework for that class.
  • These homework assignments are subject to change.
  • The student is also responsible for any work not completed during class.
  • As a reminder the students are to complete 20 minutes of independent reading each day. This includes weekends. There should be a form in your child’s green homework folder.

Spelling: Write each misspelled word from the spelling pre-test 3 times
English: Finish exercises 6  page 15, number 8-15

Vocabulary: Review for test Wednesday
History: study for test Thursday

Wednesday
Math: 8b
English: In “Exercises in English” page 4
Vocabulary: Correct test
Religion: Study for test Friday
History: study for test Thursday

Vocabulary Test Chapter 1

Thursday
Math: 9b
English: In “Exercises in English” book exercise 6
Vocabulary: write out the definitions for all the missed questions on both tests
Phonics: pages 5 and 8

History Test Chapter 1

Friday
Handwriting: pages 4, 5, and 6
Vocabulary: page 14 in Worldy Wise
Math test lessons 1 - 10
Spelling Test
Make all corrections in the homework in the red folders. Parents are to sign the History and Math tests.
