Homework 9/7-9/10
September 7, 2010 | Print This Homework Post
Dear 1st Grade Parents,
I apologize for the late homework post. I was at a jury summons all day, and I got chosen to be on the jury for a case that may take a few days. The students had Mrs. Rudolph as a substitute today, and probably will tomorrow and maybe Thursday. Here is what the homework looks like for the week so far.
For tonight, Tuesday, 9/7 – Math worksheet 7B (or whatever worksheet they brought home in their red folder)
Wednesday, 9/8 – Math worksheet 8B, and 5 written sentences for the 1st five words of the spelling list the substitute will hand out. The sentences can be very simple. I just want them to use the words appropriately in the sentences.
Thursday, 9/9 – Math worksheet 9B, and 5 written sentences for the 2nd five (6-10) words of the spelling list. Study for Math assessment on doubles – 1+1, 2+2, 3+3, etc – up to 10.
Have your children practice reading over the weekend! Have a great week! Hopefully I will be finished with this case soon.
Mrs. Skidd
