You are invited to sponsor one of our golfers as they play marathon golf to raise money for education!

Each golfer is supposed to raise $1,000 – Help them reach their goal today!

Faustina Academy is a private, independent, co-educational, college preparatory school that offers a challenging curriculum emphasizing the development of the students in FAITH, LOVE, and SERVICE to God. Located in the heart of Irving, TX, the school is in its 7th year of operation, and serves students from pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade. It is not a charter school, but supported solely by tuition and its own fundraising efforts, which includes the golf-a-thon each Spring.

You can make a ONE TIME donation deducted directly from your account. There are no hassles, no checks to write, and at the end of the year, we will send you an itemized account of your donation.

Of course, all donations are TAX EXEMPT as Faustina Academy is a 501(3)c Non-Profit Organization.

Golf-a-thon FAQs

What is the purpose of Golf-a-thon?
It is a golf marathon designed to raise money for Faustina Academy and student activities.

How does the Golf-a-thon differ from a golf tournament?
A golf-a-thon is designed to be marathon-paced for the participants while a golf tournament is about playing the best game possible. Even though our players are trying their best, the idea is to play as many holes as possible.

What is your fundraising goal for this year’s golf-a-thon?
Our fundraising goal is $25,000 with additional fundraising from the Silent Auction.

Last year, educating one student cost approximately $5,200, but we only charged the student $4,100. The Golf-a-thon helps us raise money for financial aid to reduce the burden of debt for our graduates.

How can I participate?
We highly value your willingness to support and bless our students.

You can…

  • Participate as a golfer. Participants are expected to raise $1000 per player.
  • Ask family, friends, employers and others to sponsor.
  • Personally give a gift towards the participant of your choice.

Why do you ask golfers to participate in pledging themselves?
Golfers will be trying to raise money for the Golf-a-thon. Most people give more when they find the person making the request for a gift has personally demonstrated their commitment to the cause they are supporting. It makes a powerful impression on prospective supporters when they are told in a letter or verbally that the golfer has contributed their own money.
