Congratulation to Dominic Sipe for winning the Texas Prep State Wrestling Championship for the 3rd year in a row on Saturday 2/4/12. He also was voted the Most Outstanding Wrestler of the Tournament. Congratulation also to Zach Sipe who wrestled very well at State, and as a sophomore we look forward to his Junior and Senior year. What an outstanding job by these two young men representing Faustina Academy. A thanks also goes out to Coach Greg Sipe who is a very proud coach and dad.

Dominic Sipe won the Woodlands Invitational Championship for the 152lbs class on 12/3/11 and was voted by the coaches as the most outstanding wrestler of the tournament. This was a large Public school tournament with the top wrestlers from the State of Texas. This past weekend of 12/10/11 the wrestling team was in Tulsa, OK for the Mid America Nationals where Dominic Sipe took 1st place in the 152lbs class and Zach Sipe placed 10th out of 33 in his weight class in this Nationally Recognized Tournament

Congratulations to Dominic Sipe for winning the 152lbs Texas Prep State Championship for the second straight year in a row. He will be going to Nationals in February. Zach Sipe finished 5th out of 12 other wrestlers in his weight class and as he is just a freshman what an outstanding job! Great job by both wrestler’s and Coach Greg Sipe!

Dominic Sipe went 4-0 this past Saturday to win his forth straight wrestling Tournament in as many weeks. Zach Sipe went 2-2 to continue to improve each week. They will wrestle in the Plano Invite this coming weekend.

Dominic Sipe took 1st place in the 152lb class and Zach Sipe took 4th place in the 135lb class at the Bison Invitational this past weekend. Great job again from these two gentlemen as they represent Faustina Academy at these big open tournaments and compete against upper classmen.

Dominic Sipe placed 1rst in the 152 lbs class this past weekend at the Arlington Invitational. Zach Sipe lost his first match and then won 3 in a row before getting injured and was not able to finish the tournament. Great job guys.

We want to congratulate Dominic Sipe on an outstanding job at the National Prep Wrestling Championships in Pennsylvania. Out of the top 32 wrestlers in the Nation at his weight class Dominic placed 9th. What a outstanding job by a outstanding young man.
