Welcome to the first week of school!  And yes, we do have homework this week!  We are jumping right in with spelling words, a vocabulary list, and math problems sets.  Reading this week will be light, as we get a feel for how the class day goes.  Some homework may change during the week, so please check back daily for updates.

Monday: Spelling: list 1: review words 1-10; Religion: Priest index card

Tuesday: Spelling: list 1: review words 11-20; Vocabulary: lesson 1: review words 1-7 Math: PS: 11; Science:  draw photosynthesis diagram, pg. 5

Wednesday: Spelling: list 1: review trouble words; Vocabulary: lesson 1: review words 8-15, Math: ps: 12, Science: Read pages 6-9; Reading: The Door in the Wall: read pages 11-17 and write new characters into reading journal

Thursday: Spelling: list 1: review all words, test Friday; Vocabulary: lesson 1: review words 1-7, Math: ps: 13; Science: read pgs. 13-16 (do not reed the green machine sections)

Friday:  Spelling: list 1: write misspelled words 10 times; , Math: ps: 14
